One of a kindness
Meet Manfred the Mischievous Monkey, Alice the Puppy and her special friend Ruby the Rabbit, and Eli Elephant and Eddie the Baby Elephant, all of whom have taken up temporary residence in our Christchurch showroom.
They have been lovingly crafted by ‘One of a Kindness’ to raise money for the Champion Centre in Christchurch, which provides vital support and education for children with additional needs.
Each of these cuddly creatures has been hand-knitted in pure alpaca wool with a removable outfit, perfect for dressing up.

We are holding a silent auction for these beautiful toys, concluding on Friday the 30th of September 2022, with 100% of the funds raised going to the Champion Centre.

The Champion Centre
The Champion Centre provides multi-disciplinary early intervention services to infants and young children with significant disabilities and their families in Canterbury. The programme is offered in a centre-based model of service, in partnership with parents, and in accordance with international best practice.
Children who attend the centre have a wide range of special needs, including down syndrome, other genetic disorders, cerebral palsy, extreme prematurity, epilepsy, developmental dyspraxia, autism spectrum disorder and brain injury.
