A brand-new residential build in the Hamptons gets the full interior design works by Jane Moore Interior Design LLC, in collaboration with Alexii Friedman. The project detail included the full house, outdoor dining area and a pool lounge area.
A purpose-built Tea Room was constructed and designed reflecting the client’s love of colour. The client wanted a peaceful escape, and a room all to herself. Somewhere where she could entertain with friends or relax with a good book. The idea to use lounge chairs or a sofa in the area proved challenging so the designers decided to create a purpose built-in sofa which utilized the perimeter of the entire lounge space.
Mokum’s Vintage Deux fabric was the perfect upholstery solution for the room’s built-in custom designed sofa. The shade of pink perfectly matched the wallpaper, and with it’s hard wearing properties in a high traffic area (and the price point), it was the ideal choice for this type of room.
