Reflective of the extensive research, design, and stagecraft showcased in the film Elvis, it is a continuation of our maximalist Royal Menagerie collection.

The designs within Moonlight Memphis take a fantastical approach to botanicals and a playful approach to patterns and prints. Lush tropical motifs are expressed in mood-boosting hues, accented by Peacocks roaming in the moonlit night.

The collection’s contemporary reimagining of a 1970s palette encompasses fresh shades of jungle green, exotic peacock, sweet lychee and electric citrine. These combine with decadent darker hues of rouge, brandy, martini, whisky, chocolate, and muscat, creating a sophisticated palette tinged with nostalgia.

Two new velvet constructions take centre stage; a jacquard upholstery featuring weaving palm fronds carved in relief on a contrasting ground and a cut velvet upholstery featuring art deco motifs in striated colours that echo an abstract peacock feather.

Our enduring love of tropical themes has led to new colour explorations of La Palma Wallpaper and Jungle Room embroidery.

Satnin, a richly coloured linen drapery, adds a refined yet relaxed glamour to the collection alongside expanded colourlines of our upholstery classics, Bespoke and Grande Boucle. 

Amongst this comprehensive foundation of plains, we find our grand finale: the magnificent Nightbird Symphony design. 

Our panel artwork gathers painted motifs from our archive of Catherine Martin designs, combined to create an extravagant hero print available as a continuous linen drapery and coordinating luminescent wall panel.

Moonlight Memphis is a collection of opulent textiles and wallcoverings destined to transport you to a tropically infused world of nostalgic patterns and luxurious plains that nevertheless remain steadfastly contemporary.
