ALIGN is a wide-width organic cotton sheer with a regular, opaque stripe. The concept of alignment reflects the Kirkby studio's actions today, aligning design processes with a sustainable ethos by using responsibly sourced fibres such as organic cotton. ALIGN is also Okeo-Tex 100 certified, which means the fabric is free of harmful chemicals. The cotton used in ALIGN is organic, meaning it is grown without the use of pesticides or fertilisers, resulting in improved soil quality and reduced water consumption. It also requires less energy than traditional cotton production and therefore produces fewer greenhouse gases.
