Spring K5343

SPRING is an Oeko-Tex 100 certified linen that is springy to the touch. Woven with a shrink yarn, the fabric is heat-set and goes through a special stone-washing finish which causes the textile to become almost seersucker in appearance. In 4D terms, a SPRING is something that can move and change, this wide-width drapery cloth echoes that theory appearing as if it is springing in all directions thanks to the intricate pinstripe that seemingly bubbles in and out of view along the surface. Linen is considered to be a sustainable fibre as it is a natural product and the entire flax plant can be used when harvested, meaning there is almost no waste created during the spinning and weaving processes. Flax plants are cultivated at close proximity, producing a high yield and storing large quantities of CO2 each year. Flax plants help improve soil quality which encourages biodiversity in the local ecosystem.
