Named after the white-ochre sandstone found on the island of Menorca, Marés is characterised by an interplay of lines, colours and yarns. Each design is a combination of five shades, referring to the colour gradients and sculpturally layered surface of the stone. Marés, a wide-width, yarn-dyed semi-sheer pocket weave in pure linen, perfectly lends itself to subtly multicoloured drapery. Ranging in hues from classic sandstone, to fiery orange, forest green and a powerful mauve.
